《中国听力语言康复科学杂志》简介 《中国听力语言康复科学杂志》是由中国残疾人联合会主管、中国聋儿康复研究中心主办的双月刊，也是目前我国听力语言康复领域中唯一一本国家级学术期刊。本刊以传播听力语言康复科学的新理念、新技术、新方法为宗旨，力图为行业提供全面的科技动态，为听力语言康复事业搭建良好的信息平台。 本刊内容涵盖听力语言康复科学的多个领域，设有专家笔谈、基础研究、临床研究、康复教育、康复论坛、综述、新技术与新进展、个案研究等多个特色栏目。 Introduction to Chinese Scientific Journal of Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Chinese Scientific Journal of Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation is a bimonthly journal managed by China Disabled Persons’ Federation and sponsored by China Rehabilitation and Research Center for Deaf Children. It is by far the only national scientific journal in the field of hearing and speech rehabilitation. It aims to spread new methods, techniques and theories of hearing and speech rehabilitation, provide comprehensive technical information and build a common information platform for rehabilitation professionals and parents of hearing-impaired children. 实喘

概述
实喘（dyspnea of excess type、excessive dyspnea）为病证名。是指辨证为实证的喘病。
病因病机
因邪气盛实导致的气喘。实喘多因六淫外袭，痰火郁热，水饮凌肺，使肺气壅阻，肃降无权，气道不利而致。
症状
一般起病较急，病程较短，呼吸气粗等。
《景岳全书·杂证谟》：“实喘者有邪，邪气实也……气长而有余，……胸胀、气粗、声高、息湧、膨膨然若不能容，惟呼出为快出。”
治疗
临床应注意辨别寒、热、痰、饮等不同类型。
风寒喘/风寒袭肺/风寒束肺
实喘·风寒袭肺证（excessive dyspnea with syndrome of wind-cold invading lung）是指风寒袭肺，以咳嗽，气喘，胸闷，痰色白而清稀，口不渴，恶寒，发热，无汗，头痛，身痛，咽痒，舌不红，苔薄白，脉浮紧等为常见症的实喘证候。
风寒喘的症状
《杂病源流犀烛·咳嗽哮喘源流》：“风寒外束喘，喘必有力，其气粗，有余之喘也。”
喘咳气急，胸部胀闷，痰多稀薄色白，兼有头痛，恶寒，或伴发热，口不渴，无汗。苔薄白而滑，脉浮紧。
喘息咳逆，胸部胀闷，呼吸急促，痰多稀薄而带泡沫，色白质黏，常有头痛，恶寒，或伴有发热，口不渴，无汗，苔薄白而滑，脉浮紧。
证候分析
《东医宝鉴》卷五：“风寒喘，寻常感冒，风寒内郁，肺胀逆而为喘。”
风寒袭肺，邪实气壅，肺气不宣。
风寒上受，内合于肺，邪实气壅，肺气不宣，故喘咳气逆，胸部闷胀。寒邪伤肺，凝液成痰，则痰多稀薄色白。风寒束表，皮毛闭塞，故见恶寒、头痛、发热、无汗等表寒证。苔薄白而滑，脉浮紧亦为风寒在表之征。
